Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new school gets a 90-day free trial with all features, for up to 500 students and 50 staff. No payment is needed to start.

Which boards and mediums does EduWorld Sarthi support?

CBSE, ICSE/ISC, state boards, IB and Cambridge schools, in English, Hindi and 11 regional mediums. The setup wizard creates your session, classes, sections and subjects in a few minutes.

Do parents and teachers get mobile apps?

Yes. Parents and students use the EduWorld Sarthi Student app, teachers and staff use the EduWorld Sarthi Faculty app, and the school office works on the web dashboard.

Does our school get its own website?

Yes. Every school gets a website on its own sub-domain with a free SSL certificate, managed from the school panel: slider, about, programmes, gallery, faculty, admission enquiries and contact details.

How long does it take to get started?

Most schools are ready the same day: register your school, choose your board, classes and subjects in the setup wizard, then add or import students and staff.

Is our school's data safe?

Each school has its own separate database, every user only sees what their role allows, and the whole platform runs over HTTPS.

How is the price calculated?

Plans are priced in rupees per year (Basic, Standard and Premium) by the number of students and staff and the modules included. Large schools and school groups can ask for a custom plan.

Can we use Hindi or our regional language?

Yes. The panel and apps can be used in several languages, and each school can choose its default language.
